Tony Ferreira

CO-FOUNDER

Tony is an accomplished culinarian with an extensive background of over 20 years in the food and hospitality industry. He began his culinary journey in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he graduated from the prestigious Vancouver Community College.

Earning his stripes at the iconic Dem Bones restaurant in Richmond, Tony continued to polish his craft at Monk McQueen’s, honing his skills and developing his culinary expertise.

Driven by his ambition, Tony then relocated to Hong Kong, where he had the opportunity to work under renowned chefs at the prestigious Zuma restaurant. During this time, he was also at the helm of Bistecca Italian Steak House’s kitchen, which was recognised by Tatler Magazine as one of the Best New Restaurants in the city.

Seeking to develop his leadership and operational skills further, Tony joined the team at Black Sheep Restaurants. In this role, he played a pivotal part in the company’s expansion, helping it grow from a single location to over 40 restaurants within a 10-year period.

Tony’s global experience and operational expertise of over 25 years now fuel his endeavours at MOD Kitchen, Richmond’s first Cloud Kitchen. His vision for MOD Kitchen is to create a ground-breaking platform that supports food and beverage entrepreneurs from all walks of life.

Dennis Ng

CO-FOUNDER

Dennis is a dynamic force with a rich finance and entrepreneurial background. As the co-founder of an award-winning commercial mortgage brokerage, he’s a trailblazer in capital raising, emphasizing innovative, unbiased financial strategies for business owners and real estate investors.

Dennis’ previous banking experience, including key roles at two of the big five banks, has refined his expertise in working with startups and small to medium-sized enterprises in the food and beverage sector. His dedication to sustainable practices in real estate construction projects enhances MOD Kitchen with a blend of financial optimization and eco-conscious values.

As an entrepreneur, Dennis has built several startups in diverse industries such as retail/wholesale trading, F&B, e-commerce, and finance. A family man who grew up in Richmond, BC, Dennis combines professional rigour with a deep connection to his community.

Adrian Leung

CO-FOUNDER

Adrian is an inspiring example of how creativity and business acumen can drive remarkable success. With over 18 years of diverse entrepreneurial experience, he first made his mark in the catering industry at the young age of 23.

Adrian’s entrepreneurial journey includes scaling a clothing store into a thriving 20-store network, as well as modernizing a family-owned cleaning business in Vancouver through the implementation of innovative technology. Most recently, he has leveraged his experience in the delivery-focused soup business, showcasing his adaptability and keen market insight.

Adrian’s leadership at MOD Kitchen invites fellow entrepreneurs to join in shaping a future where culinary innovation and operational efficiency are at the forefront. His vision is pivotal in crafting MOD Kitchen’s unique identity as a hub for culinary creativity and business growth, making it an invaluable asset in the evolving landscape of the food industry.
